Tracy Clifton is a seasoned higher education professional with more than 20 years of experience in student affairs, Title IX compliance, and institutional crisis management. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of campus environments, regulatory expectations, and the practical challenges institutions face in managing complex and sensitive matters.

Throughout her career, Tracy has served in a variety of leadership roles, including:

- Anger Management Specialist

- Director of Student Conduct

- Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students

- Civil Rights Investigator

- Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs

She has also served as Chair of the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), bringing valuable experience in threat assessment, case management, and proactive campus safety strategies.

Broad Experience Across Institutions and Industries

In addition to her work at a four-year public university, Tracy has experience within the technical college system as a training development director, where she partnered with business and industry leaders to design and deliver customized higher education services. She also collaborated closely with Human Resources to align training initiatives with organizational needs.

Tracy remains current on evolving Title IX regulations and best practices in behavioral intervention, ensuring that her work reflects the latest standards and expectations. She holds a Master of Science in Emergency Management, complementing her experience in crisis management, threat assessment, and institutional risk management.
