Proofing and Polishing Your Reports

Description

Administrators have their own respective duties/roles throughout any resolution process. While you wish for investigative reports to be grammatically correct with a professionally polished look, time is not always on your side. With our knowledge and background in investigations, you can rest assured that proofing and polishing will not alter the content of your report. Subject matter expertise is essential! We’ll focus on presentation of the final product without changing the narrative.


Fees

$.25 (25 cents per word). For example, a 2000-page document equals a $500 charge.

Completing Administrative Investigations

Description

Our team has the expertise to complete a variety of discrimination-related investigations, including Title IX matters. As applicable, our investigators will also fulfill any needed training requirements to ensure your institution remains fully compliant. Whether you need to outsource an investigation due to potential conflict of interests or you simply do not have the manpower or time, we have your needs covered.


Fees

$65 per hour. The time it takes to complete an investigation varies based upon the complexity and the number of involved parties. (Most investigations can be completed in 30 hours or less.)

Serving as a Hearing Officer or Advisor

Description

To promote neutrality and reduce potential conflicts of interest, institutions may find it beneficial to outsource certain roles within the Title IX process. Our seasoned professionals are prepared to take on these responsibilities with the necessary expertise and objectivity. Our team will work closely with the Title IX Coordinator, Complainants, and/or Respondents to ensure the process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.


Fees

$50 per hour. Billable hours include time spent on hearing preparation, pre-hearing meetings, attendance at the hearing, and any necessary post-hearing follow-up work.

General Consultation Services

Description

Your BIT is a key component in promoting campus safety. Understanding how to function high-level provides your BIT members with self assurance. Our team has the expertise to complete a thorough review of your current processes and structures, including the BIT's website presence and content. Our consultation services focuses on strengthening your BIT's proactive strategy and overall operational efficiency.


Fees

$1800 flat fee,. Fee includes in-person consultation(s) with BIT Chair, review of BIT related materials/documents, website review, and a customized detailed report that outlines recommended areas of improvement. *Following the detailed review, virtual training can be provided to BIT members for an additional $500 fee.

Sexual Harassment Education

Description

Sexual harassment education is an essential tool for fostering a respectful and safe workplace. These one-on-one educational sessions are designed to raise awareness, promote understanding, and provide employees with the knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and address inappropriate behavior. Sessions can range from 8-12 hours over a 4-6 week period.


Fees

The total cost for educational sessions will range between $500 and $750, depending on the number of scheduled sessions and hours. Sessions can be conducted remotely, in-person, or through a hybrid approach to best meet your needs. The specific number of hours required will be determined in collaboration with the individual participant or the administrator, ensuring the program is tailored to suit the organization's requirements and goals.
