We work collaboratively with Title IX Coordinators and involved parties to help maintain a structured, compliant, and efficient process. Rates are typically $50 per hour. Billable hours include time spent on hearing preparation, pre-hearing meetings, attendance at the hearing, and any necessary post-hearing follow-up work.

Sessions can range from 8-12 hours over a 4-6 week period. The total cost for educational sessions will range between $500 and $950, depending on the number of scheduled sessions, hours, and any applicable travel requirements. The specific number of hours required will be determined in collaboration with the individual participant or administrator, ensuring the program is tailored to the organization’s goals and objectives. In-person and hybrid sessions are available for organizations located in Upstate South Carolina. All other locations are served through virtual sessions, ensuring flexible and accessible delivery regardless of geographic location.

Proficient Title IX has the expertise to expertise to complete a thorough review of your current processes and structures, including the BIT's website presence and content. Our consultation services focuses on strengthening your BIT's proactive strategy and overall operational efficiency. Rates are an $1800 flat fee,. Fee includes in-person consultation(s) with BIT Chair, review of BIT related materials/documents, website review, and a customized detailed report that outlines recommended areas of improvement. *Following the detailed review, virtual training can be provided to BIT members for an additional $500 fee.
